SmartTaxi APP is intended for users who want to request a Taxi ride. The APP can be used throughout Italy in areas covered by Radio Taxi using Smart Taxi platform. Over 60 fleets throughout Italy can offer Taxi service through the SmartTaxi APP.

Once the installation has been carried out and the APP is started, a screen is displayed with the map view of the fleets available on the territory. To be able to use the taxi call service a registration is requied. For those who do not have access credentials, a preliminary registration of their profile is required. You access the registration screen through the menu and then selecting the "Login" item

Registration to the service Registration for the service is free. The user must enter the required data from the registration screen (all fields are mandatory) and at the end select the "Register" button.
At this point, the system will send via SMS, to the number indicated during registration, the "Activation code" that will be filled in the corresponding field of the screen. By selecting the "activation code confirmation" button, the registration phase will be completed and you will be able to start using the service.

The Taxi search … The system, thanks to the GPS location of the address, is able to identify which taxi is the most suitable to run the race (using the button The identification of the vehicle is mainly based on the distance between the loading point and the taxis present on the territory; in the alternative, the search parameters set by the user are taken into consideration, such as the number of places requested, luggage, etc ... The user can request a taxi for an immediate run or can make a reservation for a date and time to be specified. The user also has the option, through the "Call" button, to perform a normal telephone call to the fleet that provides the taxi service in the territory of competence (the cost of the telephone conversation is charged to the user). … The taxi search Once you have set up optional parameters of the race to start the taxi search select the "Request taxi" button The search will be completed within a few seconds and in the case of identification of a suitable taxi a screen showing the code and the arrival time of the taxi will appear. Note: If the distance between the taxi driver and the user exceeds 25 Km, a warning message will appear on the screen. At this point the user can definitively confirm the race or cancel the request. |

The list is constantly evolving and allows you to have a vision of the coverage of the taxi service on the Italian territory.

… Additional functions: Profile By selecting the "Profile" function, the user can view the parameters of the profile by which the system has been accessed. In this phase it is possible to select the language in which the screens will be displayed (Italian or English).
